A profoundly positive impact on me

Hi, my name is Malia and I have been with the Fort Lauderdale Jiu-Jitsu school for 11 years. I joined when I was eight. And since then I have continuously applied both the physical and mental strategies taught to me by head instructor and owner Mr. Belfield. The lessons taught to me by Fort Lauderdale Jiu-Jitsu have been invaluable throughout the years. And I know without a doubt that Fort Lauderdale Jiu-Jitsu has had a profoundly positive impact on me today and who I will be in the future.
